I am a liberated yogini ~ recently liberated 6 years ago from a life of suffocation and oppression.  I have been growing like a weed ever since, trying to catch up!  I am also a wife, mother, Registered Nurse, a wanna be dancer (since I was never allowed to in childhood) a scuba diver, vegetarian  and a student of all creativity! 

I live on a lake in Central Florida where alligators bask on the dock even in winter, our dogs chase the herons and the ducks in the yard and I get to wear sandals most of the year! 

I cherish each day as if it were a pearl on a string, I linger over the luminous dawn and the glowing sunsets, I savor the sound of crickets in the dark and the sultry scent of the evening breeze in the humid nights we have.  This life is beautiful and I try to live it in gratitude for the beauty of the Divine Source.  Bright Blessings to all the Seekers on the path!
